* Cost of domain hosting before any website build to be paid upfront before any website will be built. Designs can be shown without paying for the domain but the website design service will apply.

** A 20% non- refundable deposit is required of the total cost of the repair when parts are needed to be ordered. This results are generally within a 2/3 business day turn around as the part must be shipped before fitting. You will be booked in again in 3 days. If the part turns up early you will be notified, and your appointment will be rearranged for an earlier time if one is available.

Adams Computer Services is fully insured by Markel and Licensed by the ICO. I am not responsible for any data loss on your devices unless you have explicitly asked for the data transfer service which is on a best endeavour basis.

All data may not be recoverable or readable, however i will do my best to make sure none of your data is lost, be completing a backup prior to any work taking place on your laptop.

Complaints Procedure -

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognize that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can. Please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event, there is anything you are not completely satisfied with. Please contact using one of the methods below as soon as you can, in order to enable us to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
